Aiden came to Impax Laboratories to rescue a TrackWise Quality System upgrade that had gone off track. Rather than assign blame for what had gone wrong, he brought everyone together and refocused the team on how to meet Impax’s project objectives. As a result, we were able to successfully roll out a globally validated system to over 300 users per the original schedule. In the process, we developed a great partnership, and I look forward to future opportunities to work together.
