Most companies don’t have the luxury of staffing a large internal legal department, so automated and efficient legal processes are key. Developing those processes takes time, however, and everyday urgent demands have a way of crowding out important work paying future dividends . Aiden helped us put together plans to automate the time consuming transactional processes filling our inboxes, and then acted as the (usually) gentle coach who ensured we stayed focused on achieving our process improvement goals.
