When we told people we wanted to relocate a factory (with 40 years of technology and process IP) from Silicon Valley to Singapore in six months, they told us it couldn’t be done. But the word “can’t” doesn’t exist in Aiden’s vocabulary. As the project manager reporting directly to myself for the effort, Aiden helped us build the mother of all workplans and then lead several cross functional teams through what several thought was impossible. His leadership, creativity and firm but personal touch allowed us to successfully passed first article inspection on time, on budget, and with the quality we expected.
