As Maxwell Technologies grew their business after Y2K, the company did not have an appropriate strategic plan in place around its information systems to support the requirements of a global organization. By 2009 we were trying to operate a global integrated supply chain using two incompatible ERP programs, forcing us to fax and email orders back and forth. Aiden helped us lead an Order to Cash effort where we consolidated operations onto one system, and re-engineered how the work should be done. Not only did he help us come up with a new solution, he focused on the “small details” around data integration and test sessions. He ensured the data was correct and everyone understood how the new system would work, to include facilitating global training activities before and after the system went live. Aiden did an outstanding job on the project while navigating rough political waters, and ultimately not only delivering a great system, but a more unified global team.
