Many people believe that a project manager has to be a technology or a subject matter expert. But when I worked with Aiden, he demonstrated that this isn’t true. A good project manager needs to be an expert in project management, and understand how to draft, coordinate and motivate the right additional expertise to get the job done. Aiden sets a great example in how projects should be run, and I would welcome the opportunity to work with him in the future.
