Aiden and I worked together during KLA’s global SAP implementation. During the hectic period when we were tasked with heavy go-live planning activities, Aiden helped to calm the storm. He got the go-live support center up and running quickly to handle worldwide user requests. He also ensured that the support team was thoroughly trained on new support procedures in a very short amount of time. This was not an easy task since much of the training was done in parallel with multiple cutover dry run sessions involving the same support resources. As a result, Aiden’s project management skills ensured the implementation team’s success.
