A few years back, I was involved with the implementation of sales commission automation project. Senior management brought in Aiden as the project manager which I welcomed as I was spread too thin. I was pleased to see Aiden’s professional demeanor overcome challenges including dealing with difficult people. He’s a very “matter of fact” type of guy with a can do spirit that is essential for project success. We quickly developed a great partnership and I soon realized that without him the software vendor would never have been able to implement their solution on time and within budget.
