Aiden did a great job working with me to roll out Oracle HR Manager Self Service functionality for over 500 employees at Blue Coat Systems. Prior to his taking over the project manager role, our effort spent 4 months stuck in neutral with a consultant who was technically proficient but did not understand a lot about project execution. Aiden quickly worked with me to put a plan together, and held daily touch bases to build teamwork and drive progress. As a result, we were able to deliver our first pilot release in 3 months, and the final product 6 months later. Afterwards, we received many kudos for the quality of the solution we implemented.
